When hippies talk about nature, they like to spout drivel about peace and harmony. They wrong, just as they are about everything. Animals are more than happy to kill others. Cats are known to hunt and kill even when they're well-fed tabbies. Dolphins will kill other dolphins for shits and giggles.

And then we get to the most dangerous predators, evolved over millions of years to be really, extremely good and killing. These animals are dangerous not just to their prey, but also to people. Check this list and see what chances are that you're going to be hunted down in the near future.

25. Deathstalker

Deadlier than the stupid movies of the same name, this highly venomous scorpion from North Africa and Middle East accounts to 75% yearly fatalities that relate to scorpions. Its sting "merely" brings unbearable pain to adults, but it can kill children alright.
