Have you ever made an art project centered around your pet? Mitch Boyer has. This writer, photographer, illustrator, and director decided to photoshop his dachshund (wiener dog) Vivian to an enormous scale! That way, he feels, the pictures of him and Vivian going around Brooklyn reflects on the doggie's larger-than-life personality. The photos series is now being turned into a children's book titled “Vivian the Dog Moves to Brooklyn.”
The book is all about Mitch and Vivian moving into Brooklyn. Over 5.5 million kids between the ages of one and nine move to a new home in the US, and he wants to help them feel more comfortable during the transition. The 32-page book – currently on Kickstarter - will feature Vivian as a six-foot-tall version of herself.
