We all want to lounge around and eat pizzas without having fat. However, this dream is a reality for Anne-Marie Martin, 42-year-old mother of two. She's beautiful, she's slim, she doesn't follow a healthy lifestyle, and her friends say that it's not fair, while her coworker's insist that she's a "lucky cow." How can she stay thin while eating McDonald's daily? She doesn't exercise, either: "If you asked me to go on a run I'd probably last less than ten minutes and want to die."

Experts wanted to find out, so they followed her around to analyze her daily routine. They even monitored her sleep and took stool samples.

Their observations showed Anne-Marie to have a perfectly normal metabolism, which means she doesn't burn calories off faster than anyone else. Apparently, it all has to do with the times that she eats.

Anne-Marie keeps her times regular, eating her meals with her husband and kids. However, she doesn't snack between them, which help her keep her calorie intake at normal levels.
