What Does The Time Of Your Waking Up Say About You?

So apparently the time when you wake up can say a lot about you. Yes, something more than "you set alarm for X am" or "you're actually a vampire/a cat owner." Those are very much outside factors that don't really tell much about what or who you are (except for the vampire bit – it clearly tells you that you're a vampire). So, what does the time when you naturally wake up tell us about you?

Between 9 and 11 p.m.

Waking up during this period shows that you are suffering from stress. If you have difficulties falling asleep during this time of rest, you need get a grip on your stressful life. Try yoga or meditating before your bed time to keep in on the low.


Between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m.

You have emotional difficulties! Gall bladder is the first organ to experience the effects of your abnormal mood swings! So if you find yourself rushing to the bathroom at these wee hours, something is amiss in your emotional life. Try thinking more positively or doing gratefulness exercises during the day.


Between 1 and 3 a.m.

Great, it appears that you are angry. This is not a healthy emotion to harbor for any length of time. This emotion impacts your liver. Stay well hydrated and meditate before going to sleep. Keep a glass of water on the nightstand.


Between 3 and 5 a.m.

Whelp, you're trying to reach out to certain divine energies. This phenomenon has been discussed at length by ancient Chinese medicine traditions. You might be in for a spiritual awakening!


Between 5 and 7 a.m.

You have some emotional blockage inside you. Your lower intestine area is affected by this blockage. You should either do some stretches or go to the bathroom when you wake up during this period.
